*Transcript printed prior to this date will not show conferral of degree.

 

Fanuchånan 2024 (Fall 2024) students who require a transcript with Fanuchånan 2024 (Fall 2024) grades may submit a transcript order on or after December 30, 2024.

*Transcript printed prior to this date may be incomplete and will not be reissued or refunded.

University of Guam has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering online at https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select.

ORDER TRANSCRIPTS IN PERSON

  1. Download and fill out the Transcript Request Form. The transcript form includes instructions and the fee schedule.

  2. Make payment at the Cashier/ Bursar Office located in the Administration Building. Cashier's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Credit card payments can be made over the phone as well from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday at (671) 735-2923 or (671) 735-2945/6.

  3. Submit the completed transcript request form to the Admissions and Records Office located at the 1st floor of the UOG Calvo Fieldhouse; OR send the completed and signed form with a copy of your photo ID, via email to transcripts@triton.uog.edu

NOTE: Transcripts are $15 each.  Rush (1-hour) service fee is $20.  Express mail is $30.45 (US) and $75.55 (International).
