ORDER TRANSCRIPTS IN PERSON
- Download and fill out the Transcript Request Form. The transcript form includes instructions and the fee schedule.
- Make payment at the Cashier/ Bursar Office located in the Administration Building.
Cashier's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Credit card
payments can be made over the phone as well from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through
Friday at (671) 735-2923 or (671) 735-2945/6.
- Submit the completed transcript request form to the Admissions and Records Office located at the 1st floor of the UOG Calvo Fieldhouse; OR send the completed and signed form with a copy of your photo ID, via email to transcripts@triton.uog.edu.
NOTE: Transcripts are $15 each. Rush (1-hour) service fee is $20. Express mail is $30.45 (US) and $75.55 (International).
