Inara Verzemnieks's message of her journey to discover her family’s identity after exile resonated with an engaged audience at the 39th installment of the Presidential Lecture Series on Feb. 12.

The University of Guam signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding on Feb. 11 with Nakamura Gakuen University to promote student exchange between the universities in pursuit of academic, language, and cultural enrichment. Nakamura Gakuen University is a junior college, university, and graduate school in Fukuoka, Japan, that offers studies in nutrition, English, early childhood and elementary education, and business.

Chelsea Fama said the BUILD EXITO program has brought her friends, her first trip to the mainland United States, and most importantly, direction in her career.

The University of Guam Men's Basketball Team dropped a game 118-100 to the Harper Valley Kennel Bulldogs on Feb. 11 at the UOG Calvo Field House in the final game of the season for the Triton Men's Basketball League.
