3. Enriching the Student Experience
Providing a positive, supportive student experience is central to improving degree completion rates and timely degree completion. The University of Guam strives to be more closely engaged and proactive in supporting students on academic, financial, and personal matters, to include developing more peer mentoring and advising services so students are more likely to seek help and succeed.
Goal 1: Enhance Student Experiences
Offer the best, and most diverse, student experience among higher education institutions in the Western Pacific.

- The Triton Student Ambassador Program is under development. As part of the program, the Triton Welcome Center was established.

- Office of Advancement led by the Director of Development, Alumni Affairs, and Foundation Relations established in 2022.

Launched Triton Esports in February 2020. It is the fasted growing athletics program at UOG with over 20 athletes, ___ events, ____ sponsors. The program hired an Esports Manager who will lead the program beginning Jan. 2022.

Triton Athletics established the first-ever booster club.

Triton Athletics joined the International University Sports Federation (FISU) in Jan. 2022.

Though the pandemic has limited in-person sports,Triton Athletics launched Women’s Rugby and Men’s Baseball in 2021.
