Kyle Dahilig, a University of Guam student and president of the UOG Green Army, recently conducted his own research on the Guam Regional Transit Authority's bus system and summarized his findings and concerns in an op-ed in the Pacific Daily News.

Flores joins UOG representatives Al Labang and Prairie Garrido and will serve a two-year term.

The commissioning is the culmination of the four-year ROTC program the cadets undertook while completing their bachelor's degrees.

Cadet Battalion Commander Brendan Santos will hand leadership of the battalion to Cadet Kortney Camacho at a ceremony on Dec. 13.
