Prevent T2 Diabetes Program
Prevent T2 Diabetes Program
Prevent T2 is a year-long diabetes prevention program that uses proven CDC-developed curriculum to help participants lose weight and increase their physical activity level. Eligible participants must be 18 years old, overweight, not diagnosed with diabetes but either diagnosed with prediabetes or scoring high risk on the Prediabetes Risk Test.
SNAP-Ed; Plan, Shop, Save, Cook Class
Learn to make healthier food choices on a budget through our SNAP-Ed Plan, Shop, Save, and Cook class! The class includes hands-on activities including learning to read and compare food labels, plannign meals, and practice preparing healthy, local recipes.

Empower yourself to shop smarter on a budget throughout our Cooking Matters Grocery Store Tour! You'll learn to shop for healthier foods on a budget.
Participants must be 18 years or older and eligible for SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, and/or any other means-tested assistance program.

EFNEP: Eating Smart, Being Active
Our Eating Smart, Being Active program is specifically for families with young children. The class curriculum encourage families with young children to develop skills to manage their food dollars, create healthy meals, and be physically active for themselves and their families. Lessons include hands-on activities on food safety, ways to get active, and tasting budget-friendly meals.
